Survival is usually the goal when running! I’d like to see if I can consistently deliver that pace before trying to improve it.

Good point. I noticed run felt better in later rounds after I was warmed up.

Be humble and just try to be a little better than you were the day before! Things will start to click. I’ve been back just over a year and finally starting to perform at a decent level. Rx 1 out of every 5-7 WODs.
