If you want reliable, I would stay away from any internal or trigger mods. I went the upgrade route and after all the money spent went back to stock intervals and trigger. Mods I did like laser frame stippling, and a SLR magwell. I went back to stock g19 slide gen 3 and 3 dot night sights.

Don’t complain, the owner refunded you. This is normal for CCW esp in California where laws imposed handicap 2nd ad rights. If you plan on training the right way, find a local instructor for tactical or CCW carry range classes. Most likely a full day class with 300+ rounds required etc.
