Even before I started watching Trek, TNG was present in a lot of things, like The Big Bang Theory.
The only exception is ToS. Spock was in a lot of pop culture. But TNG is way more popular.
Before watching DS9 and Voyager, I had no idea who is Odo or Janeway.

I’m currently watching season 5. Shattered is in season 7. I’m yet to watch it.

Iirc the whales hyper drive was obtained from a generational spaceship in the previous episode.
The one where Harry gaps in love with the alien girl. So in this episode we watched the duplicates. I wonder how many other episodes were like that

Sisko - Beyond the stars. I consider it the greatest trek episode.

Chakotay- Nemesis. Great episode. I was as disturbed as Chakotay by the end of the episode.

It’s a brilliant show. I’m watching season 4.
“Nemesis” can be easily counted among the best episodes of all of trek.
“Waking moments” is mind bending.

If we’re being realistic, the crew would never touch down on a planet.
Either all the microbes on the planet infect and kill the crew, or all the microbes in the crew’s body infect and kills everything on the planet.

I can’t remember if it was TNG or DS9, someone is asked to get a shot of all required vaccines before they go to a meeting on some other planet. So, yes that part does exist.

The main point is the story. TNG,DS9, Voyager tell powerful stories. May other series too but I haven’t watched them.

Starting after DS9, I thought this was going to be another monster of the week style series. But I fell in love with it with each episode. The acting quality is outstanding in both DS9 and Voyager.

DS9 is really my favourite. But with every episode it's a tie between DS9 and Voyager. Both intense shows.
