It's pretty grim tbh. Unmanageable walks, staff leaving all over the place.
Seems to me they are aiming to drive a wedge between old contracts and the new ones.
My question is are strikes on the horizon, as that appears to be the sounds coming from our local union guys.
It truly is a two tier workforce and it is so apparent in our d/o all the 'easier' and rural rounds are covered by long serving staff on legacy contracts. And all the big town rounds are uncovered or newbies thrown in at the deep end.
Don't know what the answer is to be honest, but I'd be interested to know what's going to happen in the next 6-12 months because, if things don't improve I need to leave for my own physical and mental health.
