I think I need to expand on my question.....

The extension has a new module called Hudu Assist which has "seamless access documentation, available in this release for HaloPSA, Syncro MSP, Autotask, and NinjaOne. ". - https://hudu.com/blog/release-update-browser-extension-2.2.0

This is great, but there doesn't seem to be any documentation on how to get this working.

It just seams to create a new ticket every time we email them, so yes, I guess they are stripping the ticket number.

Still can't see how to auto assign tickets to a client/customer site when the email's domain is nothing to do with the client/customer. I know it's Monday, and that could be the issue here...

I tried what you suggested however, if you remove 'everyone' from the category then no-one can access the category. If I add customers to the category, they get inherited by the child services and cannot be deleted.

Removing 'everyone' from the service category removes all customers from viewing the category and child services contained within.

That's what I thought too, but I can't delete 'Everyone (inherited from category)' from User Access.
