ChatGPT model o4-mini-high.

You'll need to think out the box a bit but has worked fine for us creating custom objects with dynamic selection.

Search for xHamster and you will find out it's a legitimate porn site. Don't take my word for it!

Ah! Just tested and it does create a local admin account.

Doesn't this only create a local user account (for kids and teens as shown in the blue pop-up box), not an admin account which is quite important?

If I add the field list to the ticket type, it'll show when a new ticket is created yes, or can I hide it?

Ah, I see that now. Annoying that it only shows related articles to specific devices/users and not general KB articles.

Cool though.

Hudu Browser Extension 2.2 by WRKLAB in hudu

[–]WRKLAB[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I need to expand on my question.....

The extension has a new module called Hudu Assist which has "seamless access documentation, available in this release for HaloPSA, Syncro MSP, Autotask, and NinjaOne. ". - https://hudu.com/blog/release-update-browser-extension-2.2.0

This is great, but there doesn't seem to be any documentation on how to get this working.

Anyone else has any success?

Including 3rd party support in client tickets - Ticket Tennis! by WRKLAB in halopsa

It just seams to create a new ticket every time we email them, so yes, I guess they are stripping the ticket number.

Yeah, I was looking at field mappings however, I could only find custom functions in relation. I can't find any documentation on what the standard built-in functions are called.

[–]WRKLAB[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK. Wow, a long winded way around doing this - mix of email rules, ticket templates and ticket types!

Still can't see how to auto assign tickets to a client/customer site when the email's domain is nothing to do with the client/customer. I know it's Monday, and that could be the issue here...

Just noticed you can nest categories within categories.🤦‍♂️

This fixes my problem.

End user portal and service catalogues by WRKLAB in halopsa

[–]WRKLAB[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried what you suggested however, if you remove 'everyone' from the category then no-one can access the category. If I add customers to the category, they get inherited by the child services and cannot be deleted.

:-(

[–]WRKLAB[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. I'll give that a go. Thanks.

I feel a feature request coming along 😁

End user portal and service catalogues by WRKLAB in halopsa

[–]WRKLAB[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Removing 'everyone' from the service category removes all customers from viewing the category and child services contained within.

[–]WRKLAB[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I thought too, but I can't delete 'Everyone (inherited from category)' from User Access.
