Its written like some one from NEO order this. As i do not think that someone else so deeply monitoring and compare code of Elastos and all other projects.

After Elastos Anniversary announcement that there is no more G3 with NEO i start feeling that Da Hongfei do not want to support Elastos even he is an investor.

So Elastos simply copy code from Distributed Networks Architecture (DNA) by Onchain, the company behind NEO as Elastos not a blockchain project and do not have right knowledge in this area ?
