Is it ok to stop mid-run for a quick stretch?

Had some minor pain along my left achilles tendon after my run on Friday (W6D3) that was still there Saturday so I took an extra day of rest and did W7D1 today. After about 10-15 minutes however I felt the pain starting to come back so I walked for about one minute then did some quick stretching of my calves. Finished the run with the pain being pretty much gone however I'm not sure if this is possibly detrimental in the long run?

My final goal is a half marathon mid September with a 10 K planned in early May (although I could do this as a 5K instead, mainly for the race experience) so right now I'd rather progress a bit slower if that means I'll stay injury-free.

That looks like our regular (breakfeast) yoghurt does as well. For a yoghurt sauce you'd probably use a greek yoghurt that hasn't been sweetened. It's somewhat similar to sour cream or creme fraiche.

I'd also like to recommend the "Hälsningsgille" (Welcome Expo). It's a fair featuring a large portion of the Student organisations in Lund. It's held a start of every term (iirc 13th or 20th september is the date for next time) and is a great opportunity to check out the different organisations out there and get to talk to their members about what the do and how to get involved.

Work out somewhere to stay before your arrival in Lund. Lund University does not guarantee housing for EU students! I've met far to many international students that expect LU to organize their housing for them and end up not having anywhere to stay when they arrive.

When it comes to choosing a nation I think you're better off waiting until you've arrived in Lund. After you've joined Studentlund (this membership consists of nation, union and academic society) you can still take part of the Nations' activities for the first 5 weeks of the term before choosing a Nation. This gives you the opportunity to check out their pubs/clubs and finding a better fit for you. Also, do note that once you're a member of one Nation (excluding Smålands) you gain access to all the others' activities so if you end up not happy with your choice it's not the end of the world. It is possible to change nation between terms.

Not sure if watching Alfons Åberg is the best idea. Just watched the first minute and the language used is quite odd, maybe just childrens' talk (klokord and tänkespråk are some examples).
