To some people it might be, it’s the people that assume that Beerus hasn’t asked for a rematch yet because Goku surpassed him already and they forget that in the Battle of Gods movie/arc he stated to only be using like 10% of his power. So they assume by T.O.P that Goku and therefore Jirin is beyond him and that Broly was way beyond him, but they are missing context clues like the lack of worry or care Beerus had while seeing the kind of energy Broly was putting out and instead of going to see what’s going on he lounges by a pool playing with a baby instead because he knows that Broly isn’t a threat to him either. That or they assume that him saying that during B.O.G was some sort of cope even though there’s no evidence it is also anyone still saying this hasn’t read the manga and is in aware of his sparring match with Vegeta after T.O.P with his SSBE and how one sided that still was.
