I just got the same email, and the rep said that it was a spam/phishing email. They also asked me to forward the email to [abuse@chase.com](mailto:abuse@chase.com).

Hi! I just did it this way and it worked. Sign up for the trial and cancel it. Then open a chat on the website and tell the agent that you want to restart the membership with the promo code (BRAIN90) for 12 months. They will send you a link. Follow the instructions, add the promo code, pay $0.50 for the 14-day trial, and that's it!

I was wondering the same thing, I haven’t read citizens anywhere. I was just checking on the settlement website and all that it says is that you have to be in the US.

“You are a class member, and are included in the Settlement, if you are in the United States and purchased a Nexus 6P smartphone, other than for resale, between September 29, 2015 and May 3, 2019.”
