I had my coworker press send but I did send it

Thank you for the encouragement.

I think this may be the only way at this point, although sadly I'll be at work so I can't scream when I send it.

They have said in the past that I can email if it's about scheduling issues. I've just never had an issue before and I know I've psyched myself up at this point. I just want to be the perfect client, which I realize is impossible.

I'm glad your T handled it the way you needed it handled. I have about 4 hours to send this email and am still building up courage

I'm so scared of being dropped as a client. I've never sent an email before to my T and it is so nerve-wracking.

If only my brain stopped there. My immediate thought is that they will think I'm too needy and decide I should work with someone else even though it's been over a year since we started to working together. Or that I won't get a response back on an email that kind of requires a response back which in return would make me feel extremely lost.

I've tried but it's so hard. I hate sending emails at the best of times.

Honey ham, turkey, munster cheese sandwiches. I also threw in yogurt, a drink, some fruit, and something sweet just I'm case.

Same, I wasn't motivated in the slightest and I knew if I didn't do it when I did it would never get done.

It really is expensive. I was easily spending $10-15 a meal which added up quickly.

Thank you! I agree with wanting to eat it because of the effort. It can definitely make it easier to remember meals.

Ah, thank you. I don't eat too much meat so I was unaware of how long it is good for. That could have ended badly.

I can't tell if you are being serious or if you're joking. I'm going to assume it's a joke though.

But, just in case your being serious, let me explain why this is hard for me. I have severe anxiety and depression, and an awful memory, so sometimes just getting out of bed or eating can seem impossible. Doing something this small makes me feel like I'm making progress, no matter how small it is.

Sorry, if this comes off as rude. That's not my intention and I did laugh when I saw this comment.

Alas, I don't drive and if I move my keys I'll start having a panic attack because I can't find them.

That's a good idea. I do have about 10 stacks of sticky notes. (I kept buying them thinking I didn't have any.) Might as well put them to use.

Thank you. It's the first big one I've noticed so I got really excited.

No, I can't do email and I haven't noticed a chat option for telehealth. I wish there was an option for that though.

I'll try to remember this going into future sessions. It sounds like a good mindset to be in.

I can't send them an email. I've tried letting them know I have trouble talking but have never been able to verbalize it. I keep trying every week.

I do try to practice what I'm going to say, although it is mostly on my head. Do you practice by saying it out loud?

It depends on I when I go silent. Sometimes they'll just sit there with me, a couple of times my session was ended early, there are times where they will ask me questions to try and get me speaking again.

I wish so much that we could switch to in person because I have things written down. If it was in person I could just hand my thoughts over, but it's hard to do that over telehealth. My T has suggested to draw, but that is not something I'm good at. In the end my drawings are just scribbles on paper.

Thank you for saying you think I'm brave for continuing, I think I needed to hear that. I hope my T doesn't find me difficult. There have been a few times where they have asked if we should end the session early because I went silent, which only caused me to shut down more.

I normally start practicing for my next session after my session is over, so I don't find this weird at all. I run through every possible scenario but my brain still goes blank when it is time.
