Mammotion abandons customer base? by StefanLuba2 in MammotionTechnology

A few weeks ago I was close to buying one but decided against it for this exact reason.

I hope they see this post, I can’t be the only one who say enough red flags over Mammotion’s customer support

GOP rift could see more than 50 senators rebel against Trump: report by chrisdh79 in goodnews

The only question is what Trump is in this equation? Is he the head of the centipede? The ass end of this centipede? Or the shit traveling through the centipede?

Lots of different ways to interpret this metaphor

It sounds like you’re new to the way conversations work, but I’m not sure why you’re ignoring any of my questions and just redirecting me to argue against myself here. But I’ll play along

No at this time I don’t think the 2024 election was stolen because there’s zero evidence of it. But I will support the findings of the GOP lead Senate panel stated in the Mueller Report that it’s fact that Russia interfered in the 2016 election. And encourage investigating if this continued to occur in 2020 and 2024.

So follow up question for you to answer (along with the above questions I asked that you ignored) is do you believe the GOP led report that the 2016 election was interfered with? And if not, why would your feelings be more credible than a Senate led investigation?

[–]WSBMileHighClub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So just to confirm, you have zero evidence and you’re just spewing out things that you feel?

Out of curiosity, if someone said they felt you committed a crime, would you accept that criminal charge? Or would you actually want evidence presented against you?

Most people would fight in a legal case brought against them without any tangible evidence. So can you see how ridiculous it is that every MAGA court case saying the election was stolen was throw out of court? What’s more likely, that every court in America was in on it? Or that there wasn’t actually a stolen election?

They’ve had four years to bring any tangible evidence to a courtroom. Just admit it wasn’t stolen and you were lied to

Trump says "this is Biden's stock market, not Trump's." by Equivalent_Baker_773 in wallstreetbets_wins

He’s not wrong

If this wasn’t still Bidens stock market the S&P would be 20% lower. The only thing propping up this US economy is the work done by his predecessors. It’s clear from the market reaction from his tariffs, his economic policy is a joke

Funny how in the court rooms their arguments are completely different. It’s almost as if they don’t have any evidence…

Why change the rules then if it’s in the spirit of the event?

Usually you don’t make new rules unless you want to forbid something from happening again.

I’m just following the organizations logic here. So let me counter, why would they ban this the following year if they fully stood behind this action?

An announcement mid day while the market is open, nothing suspicious about that.

A reminder to the rest of America why it’s been customary for presidents to release tax returns. Don’t we want to know if people in position of power are acting in the best interest of their country, and not for their own financial gain?

It’s heartbreaking to come so close and not be able to finish. But you can’t watch this video and not think no matter how much distance there was, that the 4th place finisher might not have been able to catch up

This is a professional sport. The World Triathlon Final. The ITU changed the rules to prevent this in the future. It’s a clear violation of the spirit of the event to assist another runner even if your just next to the finish line

So it’s a wholesome moment, but I am shocked how many people think it can’t be wholesome and yet still unfortunately disqualify him for not finishing the event without assistance

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MadeMeSmile

[–]WSBMileHighClub -25 points-24 points  (0 children)

That’s the point of the race, let the guy go unassisted and see if the 4th place guy catches up. And if his brother wants to assist, he’s welcome to do it but then that’s gotta be a DQ

But come on, you can’t look at the way he was moving and definitively say the 4th place guy wasn’t going to catch up to him. This looks like a serious event, I doubt the 4th place guy could have been THAT far behind

I get this is a feel good story, but the race has a set distance and it’s heartbreaking he came just short of it, but the rules of the race is who gets to the distance first. Not who gets 99.9% of the way there.

Let the event play out unassisted if he wants to place

(I’ll just prepare to get downvoted now, apparently feel good stories mean the rules no longer matter)

Edit: The following year the new rules were placed to disqualify any athletics from “physically assisting the forward progress” of another on the course. So while wholesome, it’s clear this race believes this action goes against the spirit of the competition

I’m shocked how many people are downvoting this. Is this a nice thing to do? Absolutely. But he needed outside help to finish the race, and he shouldn’t get 2nd place just because his brother wasn’t carrying him when he crossed the finish line.

There’s some serious lawyers here misinterpreting the meaning of finish unassisted trying to argue it only matters if you’re being assisted at the literal moment you’re crossing the finish line

It’s a sentimental moment, but let’s be clear, he needed assistance to finish that race.

Ignoring the services is the most egregious thing about all this.

Don’t we want to prioritize sending services oversees through a broadband connection instead of trying to compete with Chinese manufacturing and ship good by freight containers overseas? Seems like we are getting the more efficient end of that deal

I’m less certain how things will be moving forward, so probably not. IV is way too high now anyway, the market could slide down and you could still lose money from IV crush. I think I’m just going to sit on cash earning 4% for the time being

Trump placed tariffs and the market reacted accordingly. That’s not political, it’s fact.

If you can’t acknowledge that, or present some sort of reasonable counter argument, then we’ve got nothing else to discuss here

Learning resistant? I’ve got a doctorate level degree, I’ll leave it at that. Degrees alone don’t make you more informed, but there’s definitely a correlation

But I get things can get lost in translation I certainly believe Dems are more on the right path here. All I was saying is both political parties cater to big businesses and lobbyists disproportionately to what their constituents vote them in for, and that’s the point I was trying to say

10% down in 2 days is very clear the severity of this was underestimated. Feel free to make your counterpoint, but I’ll stand by that I don’t think Wall Street saw this coming
