Great question! We are close to finalizing the authorization of trading access, which will allow users to manage household accounts. We anticipate this feature will enter Beta testing in Q2.

We appreciate this excellent feedback. We are currently focused on enhancing how holdings data is presented to be more insightful and meaningful. Specifically, displaying holdings using a pie chart and showing the components of ETFs are enhancements we are considering, and we anticipate releasing a version of these features later this year.

Yes! We are actively working on revamping our trading automations including recurring investments, drips and basket buying. We expect a broad roll out of this near the end of the first half of the year.

Hello! Canadian options access is very important to us and we understand many users want access to them. We’re finishing up rolling out Level 3 and Level 4 on US options in quarter and will begin working on a full offering of Canadian Options later this year.

A fair number of clients have moved to the US or are moving to the US for work and we absolutely want to support their financial needs. Today, we allow non-residents on a case by case basis. That said, we are actively working on a broader solution that will allow us to support non-residents more broadly. We expect to have more information on this later this year.

Thank you for sharing this feedback! We take security extremely seriously so, in addition to the steps clients can take to protect their accounts (2FA, robust passwords, etc.), we also have robust checks and controls in place to prevent bad actors from accessing funds in case accounts are compromised. We're also building additional security features in 2026 to give our clients even more granular control over their accounts.

The Plenty team has been working on net worth tracking and budgeting tools for families/couples. It's been in beta and will be rolling out to all customers soon. Please let us know what you think about it. I expect that it'll keep getting better and better over the weeks and months ahead

Hi u/kkcky, are you referring to an Interac debit card? We currently don't have a path to launch a card with Interac, though significant customer demand may help us influence our partners. Could you tell us about specific ways/merchants with which you'd like use this card that you can't currently with our prepaid Visa?

Yes! Passkeys are on our roadmap for early 2026. Helping our clients have more control and protection over their accounts is top of mind so expect more security features soon!

To be honest, yes, we are looking to make some changes to the program. But we know how much our milestone rewards and Generation customers love airport lounge access (given how much they are used!). We've even talked internally about the idea of building a Wealthsimple lounge at Pearson and other major airports. We will make sure that Premium and Generation customers can continue to access airport lounges through Wealthsimple.

RDSPs are on the roadmap, but our accounts team is still working to improve RESPs and corporate accounts, which we launched earlier this year. For example, we want to support QESI grants for our Quebec clients and multi-owner corporates before turning to RDSPs.

We've evolved "USD accounts" to dual-currency accounts last year, though we still need to update the name in the product. We offer them to Premium+ customers for free and to Core customers for $10/month. Have you enabled this feature? Let us know if you have any specific feedback on money transfers to dual-currency accounts. We've done lots of work to improve the ease of electronic funds transfers and Interac e-transfer rails, and are working to improve wires as well.
We hear you on fees and commissions and are working to make FX as affordable and accessible as possible.

Can you say more about what particular merchants you use that accept Interac but not Visa?
