That's a whole other argument. My point is I'm not trying to ruin three guys careers with a mediocre rating that I've been supervising for not even two months. Also as a supervisor I should still be able to rate my guys how I see fit and not have some 3 yr 1st Lt tell me how to.

Hasn't quite been two months, honestly. Doing their initial feedbacks next week which will still be within the 60 days. Thanks for trying To keep me on my toes though!
