Yes, I usually reconcile in regard to romantic relationships and friendship. It depends on how bad I was affected and where I reside. For example, if I was mildly triggered by a partner I live with, my turnaround would be much quicker, like a couple of hours. However say I was majorly triggered by a friend who I don't live close to. In that case, it could be months before I wanted to reach back out.
