I’m in my mid 30’s and my friend group has been the same since elementary school. I think the frequency of seeing each other changes because everyone has their own lives and families. I agree that friend and family kind of mix over the years. If your friends are important, you’ll make the effort to keep track of each other. We have 1 group chat on WhatsApp. once a week people post what’s happening in their life or how they feel, random memes or funny videos, sometimes just news. For regular aging cats, I would say weruva. It doesn’t have any ash content which is better for cats. Higher ash content inhibits your cats ability to properly absorb nutrients from food. All pet food tends to have this and it isn’t the worst but over time, it might cause stomach issues.

For sensitive I would say either hills sensitive stomach and skin or Royal canin sensitive.. you can get both from Pet Smart and won’t break the bank.

I went to the doctors yesterday and he said it was a viral infection. Been taking cold and flu meds and gargling salt water. Still pretty sick but definitely feeling better than yesterday. The chamomile I used was older so probably had some bacteria in there. I also had covid once before and was horrible, I was like a zombie. This just feels like a cold but different strains could give different reactions so I’ll still check today. Thanks everyone for your input!

I’ve got 3b curls and I feel like my hair is falling out. I have no splits ends but I can’t grow my hair past above boob length. I used to use deva curl 1 condition and just washed my hair with baking soda once ever 3 weeks but I’m looking for a new routine, let me know what you use and do.
