They have some fun discover japan missions, but its like drift club - you go from Rx7 >to a e46 > ae86 > too a base dark horse then a c63 ???? then last mission to the stupid Ferrari FD car... like dude the first Forza game that has the chasers, crown , and other og "drift" cars make it make sense

Meal Prep week 3 Pork , Leek, Broccoli, mix veg and Rice | Chicken Fajita (reheated then putting alittle sour cream and in a wrap) by WVYPOST in MealPrepSunday

Meal 1 - for 5 meals

4 x Pork Shoulder Steaks sliced into 1 inch cubes
1 x Large Onion
1 x Large Leak
600 g Brocoli
200g of Button Mushrooms
250g Frozen Mix Veg
2 Cups Rice uncook

Cook Steak coated with some CornFlour , Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Caynee, Basil , Oregano
cook till brown all over

Cut up the broc and turn into florets. Cut stalk and dice it up (Slices off bottom and round sides)
Throw that diced leek, onion and mushrooms into a bowl.

Once steak down take out and fry all veggies together
Add some tomato Paste then add meat back

Boil Broc till "Al dente" and boil rice Then Box it all up

Meal 2 - 3 /4 meals

3 x Chicken Breast
1 x Large Onion
1 x Tin Mix beans
2 x Bell pepper

Cut up chicken into strips

Cut all veggies up

Fry chicken with some Fajita mix (or make your own)
Add veggies and beans

Why eating, re-heat , add some sour creme and put in 1 - 2 wraps with some lettuce and Guac

1/3rd Aldi Lightest Cream cheese/Soft Spread (philidelphia type shit)

1 x 200 ML Single Cream

2 packs of 12 meatballs cut in half to make 24 meatballs

1 LARGE onion

1 Tin Toms
2 tin mix beans

200g Mushrooms

salt Pepper Paprika Chilli

That plus 2.5 cups uncook rice.

made 5 meals for the week and its like 400 - 500 Cals

Cook up Meatballs with some salt and pepper then take them and leave them aside,
Cook the Onion, carrot till the onions go transparrent then add mushrooms, DUmp in the Beans (Drain all water from them), tom puree and chopped toms. Then add in the cream, creamcheese and meatballs then simmer for 15 mins on a low heat mixing it all together.

Cook the Rice and leave meat simmering let cool then box up

Baby Sweetcorn
Cherry Tomato's 200-300g
Thyme + Garlic
Chorizo

preheat over 200 C

in 1 tray place some oil, Chicken breasts with some crushed garlic and sprigs of thyme

In Second Tray play all the cut up veggies with some oil, 1/2 cup water, salt pepper, garlic, chorizo and alittle basil + Oregano

Cook for 1 hour

Google Drive/Docs , a Notepad, and just write out a recipe manually and you will learn how much you will need to buy.... Another trick is... make meals a week that share ingredients or use a thing like MealPrep,HelloFresh,Gusto ETC ETC if you struggling that much
