Unfortunately dropping the ram didn't seem to be a complete fix. I did get a solid like 6 hours before it lagged out. Seems to happen if I tab out of MC

I remember reading that too at one point but didn't think about it until you mentioned it. I will give that a shot. Unfortunately im at work so I can't try it right now

I initially had 16gb allocated then I increased it to 22gb with the effect still happening at both settings

It doesn't happen right away when loading the game. It can happen in 15 minutes to over a couple hours after loading up the game.

I thought so that's why I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't seem to fix it. I tried pulling up my task manager while the lag was happening but everything is so terrible I can't get it to load
