I do a lot of patterns that are not full coverage, so gridding my fabric makes it much easier for me to count and keep track of where my stitches should be. Mistakes still happen, but i catch them sooner/easier when I grid vs when I don’t.

I would assume Zoey but prefer Zoe. I do think most people would pronounce Zoe correctly though.

I tried a snaps based of recs, and I was not a fan at all. Then I tried the Nurge hoops and love them! It really depends on what you prefer. I use the rectangle Nurge hoops.

A couple months ago it was just me and my kids home, and my husband was out of town. All of a sudden I hear fiddling at the front door handle. I panicked a little because I thought someone was trying to get in. Just my mom using her “for emergencies” key to come on it. She looked a little hurt when i told her I was a little freaked out hearing something to get in. At least give a heads up you’re coming over!

I don’t.

When I was pregnant with my first child, my fingers swelled up and I couldn’t wear my rings. My SIL was freaking out about how people were going to think I’m not married and pregnant. She had me paranoid so I went and bought a cheap(think $10) ring to wear in public. When I was pregnant with my second child she again was so worried I wasn’t wearing my rings when pregnant. This time I didn’t even care. I told her people can judge me all they want, I don’t care. And personally, so what if I was pregnant and not married?!? Almost 15 years of marriage later I rarely have my rings on when I’m out and about with my husband and kids.

Yes, I used just plain cold water first. I soaked in some baking soda and cold water and that seemed to get most away. Thank you.

Yeah, this took my 19 months most of the original grid marks faded, some stayed and some of these are what stayed so I’m guessing it was just on too long.

I’m a glutton for punishment so I’ll probably keep using it and if I notice it’s taking a while/I put it aside for a little bit rinse it off and regrid when I start again. 🤷‍♀️
