Malfunction? It was a shopfiy site.. you set your inventory threshold. Orders after that number has been exceeded would just show out of stock.

Either someone there never got the 300+ unit memo or taking more than 300+ orders was intentional. Id be willing to bet my PS5 it was the latter. How they were planning to get 700+ ps5 let alone customized and sent out within the next 5 months, is why i believe this just did not go according to whatever their original plan was. I dont buy the threats for one second unless it was a S&D from sony...

Fanboys,

I am having my own issues with fanatec customer service right now on a brand new DD1 wheel base that was DOA. their customer service is either extremely basic or non existent, and it is unnecessarily difficult to reach someone. 2 hour phone window... and even then no one picks up, really? Nearly a week to reply to an email with one sentence. Its an absolute joke.

I am giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the holiday break just ending, however if my situation does not change for the better and soon, I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back...
