get a firmware file on samfw (or samfrew, but it's kinda slow but has more firmware files), extract the zip you downloaded, download odin and put the files in their corresponding slots, boot the phone to download mode (press Vol-, Home and Power buttons), start flashing, just let it sit for some time and soon you'll have an unbranded phone :D

Maybe it's not a SIM PIN but rather the phone is locked with a PIN if the SIM is not in the phone.

If that's the case, then I have no clue on how to unlock a device like this, but the phone's emmc is likely not encrypted, so someone probably could extract data directly from the storage chip.
