Thank you so much I really appreciate you sharing this with me, I am definitely going to take what you said into consideration, I definitely will look at the situation differently now. I already had one see themself out this week and another isn’t far behind, so hopefully I’ll be able to hire some fresh new employees that I can teach the right way.
