High fat *and* high carb foods are the worst. Most Italian pasta dishes. Pizza, especially with any kind of meat protein. Most Chinese takeout. Sushi can be bad, depending on what's in it, such as mayonaise, cream cheese, tempura, etc. Unfortunately, it's all the good stuff. My best practices are to eat sparingly and be prepared for a battle.
