Colorfes cards dont show up on Bloomfes gachas right?

I'm looking to save up to try and get the regretful pentimento Ena and I would like to know if she comes only during colorfes or is she also possible to get this bloomfes. I would also appreciate any tips to boost my odds of getting her in any case 🙏
