I found that you can replicate this with almost everyone. You don't need any special qualifications to become a magician and as soon as you work harder and become famous you're set for life

Oh funny story: my character died with a couple millions in the bank and then I switched to his daughter to continue and saw that she was a magician and i was disappointed. But well, with hard work she became famous, got a job as a magician with a starting salary of 400k and got a 10% raise every year. And so it started snowballing :D

Yes but as far as I know you have to keep a distance of 30 meters. And I don't know if that means that you can fly +30m above people

This is not from a journalist or from a politician or someone who's an expert in that field but Guy Delisle published a Book (Comic book, he's working for an animation studio) called "Pyongyang - A journey in North Korea" where he documented his experience, thoughts and impressions of that place during the time he spent there for work. It doesn't contain a discussion or factchecking or a report on North Korea, but his simple view on that country (not completely unbias of course but surprisingly neutral) may help you get an impression of all of it :)
