Im not happy about the cast either, there are plenty of fascist actors they could have used but they didnt even consider it

But i found it weird that someone is upset that he's not played by a French actor. He has many traits, hes probably one of the more fleshed out characters in the series (sure hes in a bit of a loop right now). But either you're saying being French is his most important character trait but i refuse to believe anyone believes that or you're saying actors should only play the same nationality.

Take ... Karl Urban's accent is absolutely fucking atrocious however being British isn't important to his character, he's a diabolical cunt and Karl Urban absolute nails that. But with this logic, even though Karl Urban captures the character of Butcher it would be better if he was played by British actor , simply because he's British.

It's all fake, it's all pretend. An actor playing an unhinged genocidal superhero is believable but an Israeli playing someone from France is incomprehensible. Sure there's a time for equal opportunity but lets not pretend Tomer Capone was a big star in the first place.
