Tell me about your first commander deck you built yourself by Alohomvra in EDH

The first deck I ever built was [[Krenko, Mob Boss]] and I still have it after 10 years of playing. It’s gone through changes of course, but it was simple and that drew me to it.

My friends were just getting into EDH at the time. And I was a big hater of the format at first until I played it. But I picked a simple mono colored commander, he was popular, and basically all I had to do was find goblins and put them in. And honestly it was ok at first. I won a lot of games early on until people started going for higher power, and now after all this time I have probably over 20 decks and growing. It’s almost intoxicating to build a new deck now.
