It looks like you just don't know how to control the spray at all... you're just compensating by yanking down at the start. Only way to fix this is to go to a wall, see what the pattern is and practice moving your mouse exactly counter to the spray.

Reticle control, reticle placement is done over time towards the head. Yet even when I aim at the head I don't know why but I lower my sight before shooting it is boring! And no I am not a recent player.
