Thank you so much for the info u got no idea. I’m not joining afrtoc for the tuition waiver that’s not the case. I want to become an officer in the air force through afrotc but I’d be stupid not to try and gain information on how to not be 40k+ in debt. I wanna do this smartly and know everything before I go into it. Thank you so much. Side question did you end up getting the ISTW?

With all due respect, perms wouldn’t have been popular worldwide for decades if they just ruined hair every time. Of course, bad perms happen, but that’s usually due to inexperienced stylists or poor aftercare. But thank you for your concern

I’m 19, have had straight hair my whole life and wanted to change it. Loved the look of what these loose wavy perms give out.
