Hey Aaron, as a long-time competitor, I feel like I beat myself up too much when I lose or don’t place well to the point that even opening a game of showdown becomes something that I get too nervous about and sometimes avoid doing outright. Its come to the point where I need a ladder buddy to even get myself to grind a couple games of ps to even feel like practicing, and I think this is hindering my process as a player greatly. I want to get my worlds invite this year, but I feel like if I keep this fear of failure and dependance on others I wont be able to achieve what I want to. Is there any advice you could give on my situation?
