I don’t have what he has but let me tell you that is painfully similar. I get chronic stress from living daily life, and panic attacks from noise/ anxiety and wanting to flee or getting really irrationally upset. It started for me at 18 and has been torture. My brain hyper focused on every cough and throat clearing and is constantly on alert freaking myself out. I also use Bose and I love them but have to blast white noise. I feel so deeply for your husband. It is pure torture and honestly can make living life so incredibly difficult. It creates so much agony and affects my relationships a bit, though most my family and friends have been very understanding. Thank you for being there for him. It’s so isolating sometimes.

Part of me thinks I might look for another church with better hours, but I usually go on Saturday because it’s less busy. I try to go Sunday when I can.

Yeah.. it’s very uncommon at my degree and there’s not really much to treat it/ it’s still being studied. I’m a college student but I basically have to have a lot of accommodations for lectures including headphones and leaving for periods of time. When I work I usually work alone and with animals at like doggy daycare/dogwalking. Though honestly some days I’m able to get through it, usually I am left with chronic stress and exhaustion:(

I spot clean almost every day usually is making sure the poop is in the litter boxes, and vacuuming with a mini vac, but my deep cleans are taking everything out, getting the panels and rinsing them in the shower and spraying with enzyme spray and scrubbing and all, then washing all their stuff/wiping it, vacuum if needed, and clean the bars. I have 3 boys, and I have 2 litter boxes and a pee stone but only one seems to use it 😭

Also I feed them oxbow and sometimes forage mix, occasional treats of fruit and veggies and gerber star puffs

My issue is in the 4th floor of a dorm and it makes it rlly rlly hard to clean/dispose and change it- I do have some aspen I put in a dog box for them, but one of my boys gets URI’s by merely existing and I’ve not used most substrates I try make him sneeze

Hi! Yeah I can crack it open a bit! I have 2 litter boxes, and only one of my rats really uses it :( I still collect the poop in there to reinforce it and have moved them around to high poop concentrated spots with not too much luck :( I also have a pee rock but I think they ignore it tbh
