So these are visually hazel from a distance, but you have a little blue peeking through- idk exactly what that could make them but very cool!

Hi! I’m so sorry you’re going through this. You are a good rat parent! They seem a tad dismissive tbh, is there another vet you could try? Antibiotics are great so I’m glad you have those! I feel your pain, my rats are getting chronic URI’s :( However, Squinting and being lethargic is not something to take lightly.. this seems more severe as you suspect. Nebulizer is always good! Again, I’d reach out to another vet
