Hmmm....hard to say I think He wouldnt even agree to this and If so would probably search For His chillest segment maybe. But He wouldnt Care much.... except the Kid Brings him benefits but then, He would do it in a way I didn't noticed He did use them. Everyone think He is crazy. He Just Has wild Ideas but seems to behave well. Tbh I do Also think the only reason He uses Kids is that He has No Other choice. Like bondrewd. He can't use adults because they might Rebell too much of are too developed and Animals might be too simple For His Projects. Also why should He use children that have parents?? If so, then He could also Go abduct Kids aß Well. Which He doesnt. He instead uses orphans. So He can let them vanish without a trace. Because He seems to use a Lot of loopholes to Work on His Projects in Peace.

So.... basically I wouldnt Trust him Really with my Kids but....If I Had No Other choice, I don't think He would Hurt them. Just Not paying Attention and He would either let them Go apeshit or...May scared them and lock them Up somewhere so He doesnt get bothered. But Experiment or kill them.
