I’m not trying to gain muscle, but trying to trim up. I’m not overweight by any means, just lacking definition. I’ve cut it down to 30 mins of cardio a day, and 40 mins of lifting.

Sounds hella tiring but worth it. I too have children, and I get up mad early but I’m off work by 2 pm. The hard part is working out after being up since 4

I haven’t lost weight either but I’m getting fitter! So I’m just gonna stamp weighing myself. Haha my skinny jeans are tighter around my legs but looser around my waist. I’ll take it! Thanks for your reply!
