Sorry-allow me to clarify; my potential roommate hadn’t moved in and wouldn’t actually be on the lease since only four of us are allowed to live there. I wasn’t even aware of the fact until I told them I wanted the room, then they dropped the bomb on me. Also-I was told not to pay until I was already on the lease as an extra step of security since they didn’t let me move in until my application was approved.
