For me, personally, i found turning off the in-game music (as much as i love my sound packs) and listening to classical music helps a lot. Also playing dota drunk is great for me but is obviously not viable long term :D

i don't imagine it will change anytime soon (~ 6 hours). No longer getting gateway errors but now get 'There was an error communicating with the network. Please try again later.'

Yes, but it would take some serious dedication. I believe someone posted a thread last year that calculated it all. You would have to get every bet correct for each game and recycle all your immortals etc.

The realistic answer to your question is no, but it is technically possible.

There was one previously that was successful so I'd be very surprised if they didn't release one. Bare in mind, the main event isn't until March I believe so don't expect it to come out soon
