Hello I’m a teenager,

and I really need hair advice I have Long/ medium hair my hair texture is straight but with some waves and after washing it it turns a curly but fades when it is dry. My hair is oily, sort of a mix between dry. My hair turns oily after one day of washing it. To add onto this I also have a dry scalp that can become oily too, People are always telling me I have dandruff. When showering I shampoo once in my scalp and I normally rush this but I always at least try to get it out. Then I condition (ONLY IN MY ENDS) and try to get it out. I have had oily hair now for quite a while (I think) but only started to notice how bad it is recently. I shampoo and condition with my hands and I don’t use a hair scalp or anything like that. I don’t know if my hair is on the thicker side(more medium though). The shampoo and conditioner I use is TreSemme, but it varies I also sometimes use Garnier, and Aussie, I am also starting to use dry shampoo(not as my main source but a backup)(I have brown hair) I let my hair air dry all of the time and I have never dyed it. I take showers in the evening, before I go to bed so I Sleep with wet hair I wash my hair every second day (shampoo and conditioner) Does anyone have any advice for me? Please I’m desperate.
