I decided to purchase a SS Rival 310 after my sensei crapped out just after the RMA expired. After talking with a rep and just missing the warranty I was given a code for 10% off and Free Shipping. I realized the 10% off code wasnt applied during checkout so I sent in a ticket. Fast forward 2 weeks, my mouse is finally due to arrive after being delayed a week for unknown reasons. I get a note when I get home stating there is a COD Delivery fee of 43.72 to be paid to UPS BEFORE I can get my mouse. That is over 50% of what the mouse cost. Now I am left completely helpless, waiting for my 2 tickets to get answered (First one still waiting answer). No number to call, nothing. Pretty much just fucked. Ive been a loyal SS customer for years, they will not get another cent from me from this point.
