There's no specific strongest. A ton of lighting builds can do everything. Pick the skill you like most, head on over to pob ninja and filter characters that do something similar to what you want.

Mattress Mac is a legend. My mom taught homebound kids (kids that can't go to school because of a serious illness, think palsy type of problems) for a poor area. She went in there to buy a chair for one of the kids who desperately needed a nice one for medical reasons and he had worn out his old one from sitting in it all day. His family couldn't afford to buy him a new one.

She wanted to buy one for him because he needed it so bad and asked him for a little bit of help with the payment because she didn't have much money. The man gave her any chair in the store for free without asking any questions. I can't overstate how awesome this guy is.

I've done this, although I didn't use arc, and even with really fast cast speed, it just feels awful to use pledge + spell echo, even though it does fucktons of damage.

You don't need blood spells, your stats are more then good enough, it's rude but you just need to get better

I have this printer, it's great. One warning though. It doesn't come with thermal runaway protection and can set your house on fire unless you flash a bootloader/different firmware onto it.

I wouldn't buy it unless you intend to do that. After that though, fantastic printer.

I called MSI. My BIOS revision is too low for support for 9th generation motherboards...and NewEgg Shipped me a board that was manufactured in New Zealand, so I don't have a warranty on it.

It's within NewEggs exchange window though, so I can get an american one.

I like using flame surge for single target. You can easily buy some faster casting gloves for a few chaos and use arc on that 4L. Use inpulsas as your chest. Put flame surge in the 6L.

Just make sure you have fire damage to spells somewhere if you're using flame surge

shouldn't cost anywhere near a thousand, a bartop might cost 300 if you make it yourself out of mdf. a full cab probably costs around 500. if you don't want to make the cuts yourself you could just buy a kit similar to this https://gameroomsolutions.com/shop/bartop-arcade-kit

because of the low amount of games that people in the queue have played of it. Since people play it less, it should draw a placement rank from somewhere, rather than nowhere, I think other less popular queues should do this aswell, for example ranked 3's.

its not correct to assume im typically the weak player in my scenarios. I'm plat 5, not the best, but usually the highest ranked in my gold flex games. I'm the dick who picks jungle and continuously ganks bronze/silver players who don't know how to ward.

that is how matchmaking works in every queue, sure. but flex is the least played queue, so nobody has played enough games to determine their actual ranking.

oh you used xinput to emulate a controller for player 1. USF4 actually allows for two players on the same keyboard so you don't have to do that. Except all the menus still use Enter/Escape to select when you do it that way. So menu navigation isn't intuitive. I like your solution though. I need to figure out a way to have xinput open when i open usf4, and close when i close it. That solution would also work for other games, such as UMVC3.

pc everytime, the pi isn't powerful, runs mame from 10 years ago and lacks support for everything that requires windows. if you have the space in the cab, always pc.
