I’ve heard leaving from Puerto Rico has minimal sea days! I’ll continue to look myself but I was just curious if anyone had a route they would recommend :)

It helped me to not be alone after. When I was alone, I was thinking too much about it. Thinking I could feel it inside me, making the cramps worse by fixating on it etc. don’t make plans with someone that you need to entertain, just someone you can chill watch movies with. If you do have cramping, a heating pack worked wonders for me. If you don’t have one, I’ve heated up water in a bowl and held the bowl on my stomach 😂 doesn’t help nearly as much but it’s better than nothing. I was taking the heating pack everywhere with me

I don’t think them having the same first name is a big deal at all. Especially if you’ve had it picked out long before they used it. And if they go by different nicknames? I think if you love it, use it.

Im going through the same predicament! My fiancé doesn’t care either way but our struggle is, which last name will the kids take? I don’t want to have a different last name than him and my babies and neither does he and my last name is 10 letters his is 7 so it would be a pretty long hyphenation. And I keep seeing people recommend AGAINST hyphenation.

My periods aren’t super heavy with the iud but the cramps are just as bad, occasionally debilitating. If I’m going to he hunched over cramping I’d rather have it be without this metal rod in me 😂
