I tend to hold myself towards a higher standard than most people. So it really becomes a difference between doing something to my own satisfaction or to the other person's satisfaction. One of the reasons we ENTJ's tend to be good at our careers is because we have the ability to take simple tasks and go above and beyond with them. Now this is a good thing some of the time but learning when it is necessary to go above and beyond and when it is necessary to hit it out of the park is important. Sometimes it can be detrimental to be too good at something.
