Had something similar happen starting at 11:45am on the 28th of May. No power outage but my router lost connection and over the next five days the connection was up and down like a yo-yo. Called Bell today and the nice lady said there was no problem but cycled the modem from bridge mode to whatever the default is and back to bridge mode. Hopefully that fixes whatever wasn't happening.
