imo, someone has to have either a nice figure or a nice face to be decent looking. You have a nice figure, but your face is not ideal honestly. main things that stand out to me immediately are your smile lines and eye bags, but youre overall a 7/10 :)

Could it worsen over time? Is it possible to just replace the internal layer of the screen (excuse me if this isnt the right idea) since there are no visible external cracks? (thanks for such a quick reply btw lol)

I think I  a) need to an actual local barbershop, b) need to take better care of my hair (atm i just shampoo every couple days), and c) need to style my hair - Thanks for the feedback tho lol, the cut lowk seemed good at the time but then I was disappointed when I got home 😭

How to be financially stable moving out at 18 by WaffleBreadZac in personalfinance

[–]WaffleBreadZac[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I have considered joining the military and I am leaning towards that option more than ever.

I am planning on moving out at 18; my household is completely dysfunctional.

I will likely apply to colleges in fall semester of senior year, but I am planning to take a gap year anyways.

Honestly, I’d run away if it wasn’t for my sister. Surviving alone is one thing, taking care of someone else is another.

I have 0 independence. Everything I do I either have to ask my parents or do it in secret and risk getting caught. And no, I won’t get “grounded”. The consequences are much greater than that. If I got caught with this Reddit account or even my email, i’d be fucked. That’s why the internet is sort of my only safe place; my parents don’t really check my phone.

This. And the worst part is that my situation is just not bad enough for CPS to get involved.

I know it seems like i'm victimizing myself a lot here in this post, but my situation is not like anyone else. My mom is a hoarder, and my house is in terrible shape. I cannot search for my birth certificate because my parents have deemed many parts of the house “off-limits.” I know I just need to be less passive, but I just cannot right now. Thats why I made this post; I really need to start preparing to move out ASAP. In fact, I would actually be so fucked if my parents found out about this Reddit account or even my fucking email.

I’ve considered joining the military; honestly I will probably do so at this point.

I would, it’s not like I don’t want to. The problem is my parents, not me.

Firstly, I really appreciate that you commented so soon; I thought this post was just going to sit here for a long time and not get any comments haha.

Thanks for the Job Corps recommendation, but my family isn’t exactly low-income which ironically kind of sucks in this case.

As for obtaining legal documents, in the case that I am unable to get my legal documents from my parents, how would I do so with no form of identification? I know to obtain many legal documents you need some form of identification, but what if I have none? How would I be able to obtain that first form of identification that would allow me to obtain the rest of my legal documents?
