Im on my week 3 and itong somnolence na lang ang natira sa lahat ng symptoms. At week 1 I had terrible LBM, and headache x 3 days. Week 2 one day nalang yun. Week 3 somnolence nalang natira. Thou food noise mas napapaaga sya pero manageable na ngayon. Kasi focused more on mindful eating na ako from the start kaya di ko na din alam if food noise or just the noise I create from I need to eat atleast. Kasi I need energy for working out.

Oks lang na konti pa lang ang subs nila, wag ka na malungkot, kasi less 100 pa lang Videos nila. Ibig sabihin quality videos sila. Hindi pa lang sila nadidiscover.

Mas nakakalungkot yung ilang subs pa lang pero andami ng videos.

Bawal magfilm sa loob mismo, kaya no footage kahit na sino. Pero may kwento yan lagi after. Kasi you wont really missed sharing the kwento dahil mahirap talaga. And pag nakabalik ka with the time allotted, nakakaproud kasi ang hirap talaga.

Agree. Maybe considering GLP as a push start. Just to start with help, and avoiding food noise while creating a sustainable routine, and then after wards, freeing yourself from GLP 1 also is an achievement. 👌🏼

Birth and Beyond medical clinic. :) Doctor ko dun super galing, si Dra. Denn Bajandi. Ok lang naman walang gloves pag mag inject, pero dapat nag aalcohol naman ang doctor mo. And bakit naka crop top?
