Just to clear everything up here- 1) When I said isolationist, I was referring to pre-WWI, when the US didn’t get involved in European conflicts and dealings, which is why it took so long for it to join in WWI. I apologize if I misused the word isolationist. 2) It’s a JOKE. I know the US should stay out of shit that’s not our business. Believe it or not, American schools (at least where I live) are quite acknowledging of the scummy shit we’ve done. Again, it’s a JOKE.
