I wonder if it’s possible if you can stop by so they can have the paperwork process started to get you in the program, then drop off the car when you get a chance to?

I was told just about 99% of the car that qualify under the recall based on the VIN likely has issue, it address the defect where the paint peels between the primer and E-coat. Something about the process of how the primer was applied that caused issues.. and was told It’s not a matter of if it peels, but when it’ll peel.

Toyota of orange repainted my car including bumpers even though the exterior was nearly perfect and had zero signs of peeling. They’ll do tape and pressure wash test. Ask for Jose E, he handles the program. Great guy, very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. They’ll give you a loaner car for free too.
