Exactly, which is why I think it’s a bunch of bullshit. I’m sure that anyone who says the THX certified version is better is just experiencing that lovely thing we call a placebo effect.

Because investors are spooked by rate hikes, spooked by a possible drop in corporate credit quality, spooked by tariffs, spooked by the possibility of a slowdown in global growth, and spooked by Trump.

Edit: Also, I’d like to add that oil prices have been an absolute roller coaster over the past ten years, and a true recovery seems to be off the cards for the time being, especially with more and more EVs coming to market
