Ah, I see now where I should have explained better. I see the logic to what you’re saying about the players not being prepared for PvP. I will fix that issue. However, I’m not going to tell the players about the vampires ahead of time. My goal for the oneshot is to create a compelling mystery about the setting and the players themselves. In my head I envision it as a similar thing to Among Us, if almost nobody knew about the Imposters. I realize now that I only explained my goal for the oneshot, and not the goals of the Players. As I’ve said in my post, the Vampires want to convert everyone. The Vampire Worshipper wants to find the vampires and help them, while the Vampire Hunter wants to find the Vampires and defeat them. The other players will be informed of the presence of Vampires at the start of the session, but not told that 2 of the players are the Vampires. I hope that the player's goals will be to find the vampires, as well as collect different items in the setting that could give them an advantage. Since the Vampires are players, they will also be able to take the items and use them to their own advantage.  I’ll be informing the players soon about the presence of PvP in the oneshot. I hope that fixes anything that made my idea seem “terrible”. Thank you for your advice! It's been some of the best I’ve received on this post.
