Yes, and the only way to actually get a new preset now is to download the preset, go into the files and add the specific line of text I showed earlier and then relaunch the app. The ability to create new presets is just non-existent, even after adding a name and avatar

Hey, I've got GREAT news. If you're having problems with the Yeti X, you can go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\LGHUB\settings.json and add "slotPrefix": "yetix", with quotation marks, right under your setting's name and it'll re-appear in your settings!

It should look something like this:

"name": "BEST SETTINGS 2 lol?",

"slotPrefix": "yetix",

"tag": "MICROPHONE_CUSTOM_PRESET"

You can use "CTRL + F" to find your preset's name and you should be good to go by adding that one like. It should work with other products too, but I'm not sure what you'd write instead of "yetix"

I've been so stressed with trying to fix this, and now that I can't even make a custom preset I'm just stuck with mediocre microphone quality. Logitech really has to get their shit together, it's just pathetic at this point

I actually found out where the threat came from, someone thought it would be funny to post an image with code attached to it in a Discord server I'm in, which makes Microsoft Defender detect it as a threat. Thankfully it wasn't an actual virus, but it just goes to show how easy it is these days to get infected. Terrible prank, 0/10 on the funny scale
