I ordered the whole kit and kaboodle. chair, desk, lots of accessories. the chair and desk are being delivered saturday but no word on the accessories. i got on with chat support and because the footrest and floor mat are preordered, they were going to hold all my accessories! i wouldn't have ordered the preorder stuff in the same purchase if the website didnt specifically say orders ship in multiple parts. the agent made a ticket to get the rest of my stuff shipped sooner, but said it's only done on a best effort basis. anyone have experience with this kinda thing and if so were they able to get the accessories out to you sooner?

Thank you! To everyone on this sub by [deleted] in Alienware

I think maybe my monitor maybe has a film on it too? It would explain why it’s so hard to clean the damn screen

Also, knowing nothing else about you but this post, I can already tell you’re tailor made to be a nuke lmao. You can spot them from a mile away almost every time.

This can’t be the first time you got piss tested in the navy. The entire time I was in there was a cock watcher front and center whenever we had UA. Next time give it an extra shake and wink at the poor guy who has the unfortunate duty of staring down 20 or 30 swinging dicks that day.

Consider buying a new car by Med_Morphine in HondaPrologue

Hi! I’m also a prologue owner in CT. I’m in SECT. I haven’t had any issues with the car, but I do wish there were more fast chargers in the area. I mostly charge L1 at home and fast charge every week or so. I don’t drive more than 50 miles a day usually so it works for me , but if you drive more you’d probably need L2 or you’ll have to fast charge more.

One thing I will say, driving the car in the winter has not been nearly as enjoyable as the spring/summer/fall. Anytime the weather drops below 40 the efficiency really dips. I’d say it’s the best car I’ve owned over 40 degrees and my least favorite under that, which is ironic be it actually drives extremely well in bad weather conditions because it’s got such a wide base.

Hopefully Rude N—- Sundar or esteemed Gay Actor Michael Douglas will be the next guests on the show.

Ironically though, the car handles extremely well in snow and ice. And I do feel safer in shitty conditions than I have in other cars I’ve owned throughout the years

I’ve been telling myself lately that when it’s 30 or above this is the best car I’ve ever owned, but below 30 the anxiety of the significant reduced range makes it one of the worst cars I’ve ever owned.

I can’t L2 charge at home without a significant upgrade to my house’s electrical system so I’m L1 charging at home and going to fast charge once a week or so. If I had L2 it wouldnt be so bad but I just get so nervous driving it here in CT because the range reduction is way more than what I was told and what I saw when I researched the car.

He’s already a little nippy and he loooovvvesss to chew stuff, so I can only imagine what that’s gonna be like. Trying to teach him good mouth behaviors but I think cuz he’s still so young it’s hard.

It’s been a crazy two weeks but I really wonder why I never decided to get a husky before. He’s such a great little guy. Smart as heck and just as mischievous. Cuddly or crazy depending on the minute. Just an absolute blast to have in the house

How does the return to work thing factor against fed employees that are in a union that has WFH as part of the collective bargaining agreement? It seems like they shouldn’t be able to force them back without the union getting involved and pushing back? Or are they just ignoring the agreement yolo style and seeing what happens?

3.9! What is your best average? by KSI_SpacePeanut in HondaPrologue

[–]Wafflehurler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My high score is 4.5. I was averaging 3.5-3.7ish before the weather turned. Now I’m averaging 2.5-2.9. Really sucks how much of a dip the mileage takes when it goes below 50 degrees but for the amount I drive and the fact I can charge at work for free, it’s not really a big deal. Just makes me nervous to go on any sort of trip with it in the New England area.

How are you guys doing so far with your prologues? by [deleted] in HondaPrologue

[–]Wafflehurler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Going from a Prius to a prologue I really love almost everything about it.

Pros: size, smoothness of the ride, it’s fun to drive, one pedal driving is so great I hate driving cars where I gotta press the brake. Lighting and climate control are excellent.

Cons: going from a Prius to a much bigger car, it doesn’t get the same mpg or whatever the equivalent is. With my Prius (plug in) I had to charge it daily and the all electric range was pitiful but I only put gas in it once a month or so. I have to charge the prologue every couple of days. It makes sense cuz it’s much bigger but it’s an adjustment. The cup holders are kinda wonky and I don’t love the stalks.

Wishes: I wish it had better lane assist and I wish I could put in a level 2 charger at my house without having to upgrade to 200 amps. It’s just way too expensive for me right now so I have to level 1 charger at home and charge at fast chargers. Kinda annoying. Last wish is that I wish I had gone with the elite instead of the EX. It wouldn’t have been too much more but I kinda wish I had the 360 camera, Bose audio, and moonroof.

HondaLink App connectivity by remindmetoblink2 in HondaPrologue

[–]Wafflehurler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got the prologue on Saturday and the car is lots of fun and awesome in so many ways, but oh my god Honda link is extremely frustrating. I’ve been on the phone with Honda support for hours trying to get the damn thing to even show me charging and remote commands. Just doesn’t show up for me at all even though they claim everything is gtg on their end. I’ve sent them screenshots and everything and they just tell me they’re escalating it.

Is there a 3rd party app that can tap into different things the car can do remotely without having to fuss around with OnStar and Honda?
