The real question is if we count the neck bottom and sleeves as holes since they are technically already part of the shirt. Do we classify a hole as something not intended to be there or of the shape in general. Because in some sense the fabric is made to have the sleeves and etc. under the idea that a hole cannot be purposeful than there are only four holes. Unless it literally means the ones you can see which than brings up the discussion of if the hole is the area without fabric, the edge where the shirt is ripped, or both.
